Academic qualifications

Applicants should normally have a Master's degree in business or management (MBA, MA, or MSc) from an accredited institution.

Professional experience

Applicants should also have at least three years' pre- or post-Master's management experience. Applicants without an appropriate Master’s level qualification may be considered if they have extensive business and professional experience.

Applicants from all industries are welcome, particularly those with experience in managing product or process development, research and development, information technology, operations, logistics, and change and knowledge management.

English language requirements

The DBA program and final thesis are conducted in English. Participants whose first language is not English or who have not already studied successfully in an English-speaking environment will be required to provide evidence of advanced English proficiency (TOEFL or GMAT score).
